Leavers hoodies FAQ
Answers to what schools and parents usually ask before ordering.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We quote fairly based on the size of your year group, whether that's 15 pupils or 300.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days once the design is signed off and sizes are confirmed. For end-of-term deadlines, we recommend confirming designs by early June.
Can we add individual names to each hoodie?
Yes. Send us your list once with names and sizes, and we'll handle the personalisation on every hoodie ourselves.
Do you charge for design mockups?
Once your order is confirmed, we will create your design free of charge, and we will also make reasonable revisions for free.
What if we don't have a design yet?
No problem. Send us a rough idea, colours, or even just your school colours and year, and we will put together design options for you.
